We both have lost our folks to sicknesses so being healthy is a really big deal for us. But we didn't want health to be seen as a chore, but rather something you can have fun with. When you look and feel vibrant, your whole world seems to open up, so why not have a supplements brand in your house that reflects the same way you feel?
So after 3 or 4 flat whites in our favourite coffee shop in gorgeous Cape Town, we decided that we were going to create a supplements brand that not only solved more than one problem in a single product, but actually works!
We were tired of having cabinets with so many pill bottles and supplements bills racking up trying to curate the perfect supplements for our needs. Nothing like a handful of pills to start the day right? We were really done with that.
We wanted to create a brand that made choosing health as easy as a simple "Hello". Because being healthy is something you should be excited to do, not dread it.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to make everyone look and feel their best again. When we started this journey nearly 2 years ago, we set out to find out what were the most frustrating health issues happening in the different genders, how can we help make the lives of our friends, family and partners feel better and ready to take on any challenge.
We were really tired of pumping our bodies with chemicals and decided we wanted to only put natural things in our bodies. There are so many herbal alternatives to pharmaceuticals and they don't come with all those awful side effects. It's time to go back to basics and be more discerning with what chemicals we put into our bodies.
Life can get really sticky but if you are feeling your healthiest, it makes it that much easier to tackle. We wanted to see people thrive and get the most out of life. We really know how to live to the fullest and we refuse to give up, no matter what life throws at us so we wanted to give that same vigour the everyone.
Why live life feeling average or mediocre when you can really feel great by taking that bold step towards your health?
So how did we do it?
After we were hyped up with passion and caffeine, we set off to find the best ingredients and the best lab partner to bring you solutions that will take care of those pain points. We want to help you take fewer pills but actually make you feel better.
After a really rigorous process, loads of blood, sweat and literal tears, loads of researching, consulting and deliberating, we came up with our range.
We know that we are really discerning with what we put in our own bodies, we wanted to make sure we got the best quality from the best places, even if that meant we had to import ingredients from all over the world. Which is exactly what we did.
Our goal, to minimise how many supplements you need to take to solve a problem, came to fruition. And we couldn't be more excited to share them with you!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
